Park Sanghwa, Director of KECDC attended the opening ceremony of the Korean for Beginners class at the Miller Library in Howard County, Maryland, on December 3, 2018. He mentioned gratitude to the staff of the library and the instructor and encouraged the participants to learn Korean language and culture. Korean language lecture at Miller will continue for the next 15 weeks.
