Park Sanghwa, Director of KECDC, visited Central Vision Korean School in Richmond, Virginia on March 10, 2019, and delivered instructional materials for unification education and for Korean language textbooks for children. He met with principal Kim Eun and teachers. They discussed the plan for strengthening Korean culture classes, which enables them to recruite more middle and high school students, and procedures related to the subsidy for school operating budget.
