Shin Moon-kyoo, Minister Counselor of Korean Embassy, and Park Sanghwa, Director of KECDC, met with Dr. David P. Patton, interim president of the American Council for International Education (ACIE) and Dr. Victor Frank, the evaluation manager, to discuss the current status of NEWL Korean (National Examinations in World Languages) language test, last year's results, and the current year's application status including application period extension and ways to vitalize NEWL Korean exam.
