Park Sanghwa, Director of KECDC, visited Yale Korean School in Ellicott City, Maryland, on March 29, 2019, and interviewed school officials such as Principal Jeong Woo-yong, and observed a few classes. Principal Jeong Woo-yong said that he reopened Korean school classes centering on teachers and students although there was a space problem due to reconstruction of the church. They discussed distribution of overseas Korean textbooks and procedures of managing subsidy from Overseas Koreans Foundation.
