On May 7th, 2016, annual Passport DC event was held at Washington DC. Korean Embassy opened Korean Cultural Center to the public and promoted Korean culture.
Students from Fairfax Academy, Hylton High School, Eleanor Roosevelt High School were invited to the event since those schools offer an official Korean class. Students were very excited to experience and learn Korean culture through this unique opportunity. Director Ahn from Korean Education Center in Washington DC visited with students and encouraged them to be involved in this kind of cultural event to enhance their knowledge on Korea and Korean culture.
