TaLK applicants must submit an FBI-issued Criminal Record Check(CRC) apostilled by the US Department of State. But when the applicants have lived in the same state since high school(since graduating middle school), they can submit an apostilled, state-level CRC.

EPIK applicants must submit only an FBI-issued Criminal Record Check apostilled by the US Department of State.
