Teachers from Gyeongsangnamdo Provincial Office of Education including its superindentent Mr. Park Jong-Hoon

visited Colin Powell Elementary School in the morning of October 14, 2018, and observed various classes including Korean immersion classes, toured the school facilities, had a question and answer session. In the afternoon, they visited Fairfax County Public School office and had a meeting with education administrators including superintendent Mr. Scott Brabrand, and asked questions about the Superintendent's educational philosophy and School District's operational focus. Korean Embassy Minister Counselor, Mr. Shin Moon-kyu, and Education Center Director Mr. Park Sanghwa a have assisted them with their visits.
