Park Sanghwa, Director of KECDC visited Miller Library in Howard County in the afternoon of October 15, 2018, to meet with Ms. Susan Stonesifer, library manager, and Ms. Michele Happel, outreach researcher and agreed on the plan of offering Korean language and culture program every Monday evenings from December 3 for one hour (from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm) for a total of 15 weeks.
